since its typhoon day and enche asben maleih nak ke kedai beli sayur..
aku godek laa lemari sakti aku and found a tin of kacang panggang..
well.. i remember i have one resepi yang menggunakan benda nih..
so off we go, menggodek buku resepi..

if korang tak nampak that resepi..
let me repeat it again laa, but with my version la ek..
im using:

1 tin kacang panggang
4 keping roti
Butter
Cheese parut (any kind u like)
3 keping Cheesedale (optional)
1 biji telur
1 cawan susu
Oregano
Lada Hitam
Garam

Cara-cara:

  1. Sapu butter kat roti and susun dalam mangkuk kaserol (butter side up) yang dah disapu butter.
  2. Bubuh cheese kekeping atas roti then tabur cheese parut pulak.
  3. Tabur a bit of lada hitam and oregano.
  4. Then tabur kacang panggang and spread evenly.
  5. Ulang proses and make sure akhir dia cheese parut tu.
  6. Pukul telor + susu + garam + lada hitam.. Tabur atas susunan roti tadi..
  7. Bakar dalam oven dengan suhu 180c selama 40 minit.

kenyanggg i tell ya!
this can be a substitute for lasagna..
ala-ala lasagna version for non-meat..
or for people yang suka shortcut!
like ME..
hehehehhee..
