::crevette avec sauce::

Hihihi arini enche asben awal2 dh request lauk ni.  Ekceli lauk ni first kitaorang rasa kat Ain Taya.   Ado restoran seafood tepi port.
Org Algerian ni lauk deme bukan susah sangat..banyak main ngan tomato je..
time kat situ kitaorang makan lauk ni n enche asben dh jatuh ati..as for me, aku rasa sambil try teka apo laa bahan2 depa boh ni so that i could duplicate it again at home..
iyer laa nk gi Ain Taya ni pegi balik je dh sejam setengah..xde keja laa nk drive jejauh selalu semata nk mkn lauk tu..

So based on my taste bud, aku bajet puri tomato n a lot of garlics n parsley..the rest of it adalah manis air udang tu..
Tapi being melayu jati, mak tetap nk oter ikut tekak melayu khenn,


So here we go!

Udang (semangkuk pinggan mkn)
2 sb cili blend
3 sk puri tomato
5-6 ulas bawang putih (racik halus)
2 sk gula (ikut tekak sndri ek)
1 sk garam
Daun parsley (racik)
1/2 cwn Air

Cara-cara:

1. Tumis cili blend, masukkan bawang n puri tomato. If korang tgk a bit pekat, tambah sikit air but not too much sb nanti udang akan kuar air dia gak.
2. Perasa ngn gula garam. Then masuk udang, kacau smpai masak.
3. Tabur parsley. If korang suka kuah byk bley tmbah air lagi ek.

The taste should be sweet air udang lawan ngan sour puri tomato tu..
Combo lengkap, sweet sour n of coz, spicy cili blend!
